Credits and partner plans, explained.
When are credits used?
Only when an agent produces an outcome, such as a warm introduction, a qualified meeting or a vendor match. Not for logins, seats or background work. If two members don't agree to meet, no credits are used.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Monthly plans can be changed or cancelled month to month.
What is the AI Lab?
Boon's in-house team for experiments. It builds a working demo of a partner's use case, proposes what each run costs in credits, and adds custom skills. Community and design partners work with it. More about the AI Lab.
How is a design partnership priced?
Around one use case. The AI Lab builds a demo, we show what each use costs in credits and the return we expect, and the pilot fee becomes prepaid credits.
